REAL CLIENTS. REAL RESULTS
“The results speak for themselves: I lost 73 pounds and reduced my body fat percentage by approximately 16%. But the real victory was that I’ve gained the knowledge and confidence to design my own workouts and make informed nutrition choices. Ethan didn’t just help me lose weight—he empowered me to take control of my health.”
— Genie
“I’ve been working out with Ethan for about three years now. I love having the gym to myself with a private training studio setup and a convenient place to park for free right behind it. Ethan is extremely knowledgeable and creative and he makes the workouts fun and encouraging. He helped me achieve a number of goals…”
—Alex
“I’m a new mom, and training with Ethan has been such a gift. In four months, I’ve lost over 4% body fat and 9 pounds, but what I appreciate even more is how much stronger and more myself I feel. Ethan puts real thought into every session—nothing feels cookie-cutter—and the workouts are effective without ever feeling intimidating.”

My name is Ethan Wolf, and I am on a mission: to help people self actualize through embodiment. That is, to invite others to give attention to their bodies so they can live with more purpose.
I coach individuals using a holistic, highly personalized approach. No two people arrive in the same place, which is why every program is customized to meet you exactly where you are. This is true coaching, defined by deep individual attention and real accountability.
Our work integrates strength training, mobility, nutrition, breath, and play as foundational elements of a well-lived life. I care deeply about movement quality and technique, but just as much about helping you understand why these things matter. Rather than simply telling you what to do, my goal is to help you understand your process so the work integrates naturally and lasts long after each session.
My coaching is uniquely informed by over 15 years as a professional massage therapist. After thousands of hours working hands-on with bodies, I’ve developed a practical, intuitive understanding of how tissues adapt, where tension lives, and how pain patterns develop and resolve. This allows me to blend restoration and performance together. Sometimes addressing restrictions in the moment, other times building resilience through movement.
At HOWL, we build and restore.
My work is shaped by formal academic training, advanced certifications, and over two decades of hands-on experience with the human body. If you’re ready to step into your potential, join the pack, and let’s walk the path together.
